We’ll work hard to find a solution that makes you happy, which may include a refund or store credit.
Refunds
While we strive for perfection, there are a few situations where a refund may not be applicable:
Incorrect Orders: We recommend double-checking your order confirmation before submitting it. However, if you do receive the wrong item or quantity, please contact us immediately and we’ll fix it right away.
Delivery Issues: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-routing requests, or recipient unavailability, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Improper Handling: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for product quality issues arising from improper handling by the recipient.

To ensure you receive our handcrafted popcorn at its peak of deliciousness, we currently ship within the continental United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For inquiries about shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at info@kipop.shop.
Additionally, to maintain freshness, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
